ABOUT THE PROJECT
Similar to the Fairmont.com redesign, this project's requirements involved a full website redesign as well as content migration to a new CMS platform. My role in the project included managing the content migration from our old CMS platform to the new CMS and QA testing in our UAT, staging and production environments. We worked with an outside agency for the design/development of the new site and our internal and offshore technology teams for the CMS platform changeover and new site deployment.
